Can I return my order ?
We’re unable to accept returns unless there is an issue with your order, such as damage or a mistake on our part. Please reach out if anything’s wrong — we’ll make it right.
Is there any shipping fee ?
Shipping fees are fixed at 2.5$ by our delivery partners.
When will I get my order?
Delivery is usually 3 to 4 business days.

Is my hammock waterproof ?
Our Nylon hammocks themselves are not fully waterproof — nylon is water-resistant to some extent, but it can still absorb water and become damp or even soak through in heavy rain.
How much weight can my hammock carry ?
Our hammocks can hold up to 300 Kg !
How many people can my hammock hold ?
Two ! For double the pleasure.
What comes with my hammock ?
- 2 x Tree Straps
- 2 x Carabiners
- A printed QR code to enjoy music while swinging
What's the length of my hammock ?
Our hammocks are 270cm long, with 3m straps on each side, you can swing your hammock between any two trees !
